The Cut, Make, Trim Workflow
Phase 01
Cut
The factory receives your patterns (size grading) and fabric, laying them out for precise, computer-optimized cutting.
Phase 02
Make
Your cut pieces move to the sewing floor, where the same operator handles a garment start to finish rather than passing it down a disassembled line — fewer hand-offs, fewer places for something to go wrong.
Phase 03
Trim
Buttons, zippers, and your labels go on last. Every piece is checked against your measurement table before it's packed — not sampled at random.
