CAD Grading & Format Compatibility
Our technical team executes precision size grading across comprehensive matrices using advanced CAD software. We fully support industry-standard digital formats (DXF, ASTM, AAMA), ensuring complete compatibility with leading systems including Gerber, Lectra, and Optitex.
In-House Plotting & Cutting Preparation
Approved CAD files are sent directly to our industrial 180cm-wide format plotters on the factory floor. This closed-loop system allows us to instantly adapt patterns, print markers, and transition directly to the cutting phase without external friction.
