Every production run undergoes comprehensive final quality assurance. We operate under standard AQL 1.5 and AQL 2.5 parameters depending on client requirements. This includes meticulous thread trimming, hardware security stress-testing, and strict measurement checks against the approved CAD sizing matrix and Tech Pack tolerances before packaging.
