Outerwear Manufacturing
Coats, trench coats, blazers, and capes - the category we've built the factory around since 2000, including a multi-year trench coat program for an American luxury brand.
Coats & Trench Coats
Coats and trench coats with real shoulder construction, storm flaps, and belt detailing - not simplified for easier assembly.
Blazers & Tailored Jackets
Blazers, tweed jackets, and capes, where fusing and under-pressing decide whether a collar sits right for the life of the garment or just on day one.
Hardware & Details
Heavy brass horn buttons, metal eyelets, epaulets, hidden zippers - hardware that's easy to spec and hard to attach without it looking bolted on.
Quality Control
Outerwear hides mistakes less than any other category - a bad shoulder seam shows on a coat rack, not just on the body. Inspection happens at fabric pre-shrinkage, at cutting, mid-sew, and at final pressing, not only at the end.
